NukEx Extreme SL

NukEx Extreme SC and NukEx Extreme SL kits are designed for rapid nucleic acid extraction from a variety of difficult samples such as human, veterinary, insect, food samples, etc. The kit is designed for use with a tissue homogenizer to mechanically disrupt samples followed by purification of nucleic acids using spin columns. Purified nucleic acids can be used directly as templates for real-time (reverse transcription) PCR or any type of enzymatic reaction. Tube safety lock.
