NukEx Mag RNA / DNA

The NukEx Mag RNA/DNA Kit is designed for rapid manual and automated purification of nucleic acids from various samples (e.g. human, veterinary, insect, food samples, etc.). The kit is designed for use with automated magnet handlers (e.g. KingFisher™ Flex or Duo Prime, Microlab STAR, Freedom EVO, Biocomma M32, M96). Each IVD application in which this sample preparation method is combined with downstream in vitro diagnostic nucleic acid testing must be evaluated against the respective IVD parameters.
