NukEx Mag Extreme SL

NukEx Mag Extreme SC and NukEx Mag Extreme SL kits are designed for fast manual and automated nucleic acid extraction from a variety of difficult samples (e.g. human, veterinary, insect, food samples, etc.). The kit is designed for use with a tissue homogenizer to mechanically disrupt samples followed by purification of nucleic acids using magnetic beads. Purified nucleic acids can be used directly as templates for real-time (reverse transcription) PCR or any type of enzymatic reaction. The NukEx Mag Extreme kit enables easy automation of common liquid handling instruments or automated magnetic separators. Tube with safety closure.
