Universal pluriBead allows for the easy designing of customized catcher particles to bind and isolate the required targets.

You can use Universal pluriBead, if you have a specific antibody and search for a technology to apply it - or if you need a specific antibody and you want to test its performance first.

Description

Universal beads are developed for use with any external antibody. They carry monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies produced from the serum of a host animal and are available for 5 different species. pluriBead universal is a non-magnetic cell separation method that will catch up to 3*10^7 targets per separation. Since the beads can be used for working at room temperature (or even 37°C) under physiological conditions, cell stress is kept very low. Time consuming sample preparation is not required - the beads can be mixed directly with all biological solutions.
