The pluriSelect EDTA (ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid) solution is a sterile stock solution with a concentration of 0.2 M EDTA disodium salt in PBS. EDTA acts as a chelator and binds, for example, calcium and other metals that are essential for blood clotting. Our EDTA solution is therefore suitable as an additive in various buffers, for example for flow cytometry or for washing cells to prevent cell aggregation.
