CD3 pluriBeads are suitable for rapid, positive cell separation of CD3+ cells from human sample material. The microbeads can be used without sample preparation, for cell isolation, directly in blood (whole blood), buffy coat or cell cultures. pluriBeads are available as S- and M-pluriBeads. S and M define the size of the microbeads.

Details, pluriBead Human CD3 cell separation

CD3 pluriBeads are suitable for rapid, positive cell separation of CD3+ cells from human sample material. The target-specific non-magnetic pluriBeads can be used without sample preparation for cell isolation, directly in blood (whole blood), buffy coat or cell cultures. For mixing the CD3-specific pluriBeads with the sample material, we recommend our universal mixing device the pluriPlix or a horizontal mixer.

During the incubation period, the CD3+ cells from the sample bind to the specific surface of the pluriBeads. The pluriBeads, with the bound cells, are then separated from all unbound cells using a pluriStrainer. In the final step, the target cells are gently detached from the pluriBeads using our detachment buffer.

The enriched, particle-free CD3+ cells are immediately available for further downstream applications such as cell culture experiments or FACS analyses.
For the isolation of cell-specific RNA, DNA or proteins, the bound cells can be lysed directly on the pluriStrainer without the detachment step.
