Streck - RNA Complete BCT (Blood Collection Tubes) are used for direct venous blood collection and stabilisation of cell-free RNA (cf-RNA) and extracellular vesicles (EVs), such as exosomes. Venous whole blood samples can be collected, stabilised and transported directly in the tubes. The isolated cf-RNA or extracellular vesicles can be used in numerous downstream applications such as qualitative and quantitative real-time PCR, droplet digital PCR, next-generation sequencing and nanoparticle tracking analysis.
