pluriSelect 15 ml pluriMate separation tubes have been developed for the optimal enrichment of leukocytes, leukocyte subpopulations (lymphocytes and monocytes) and platelets from whole blood and bone marrow. pluriMate and TwinSpin tubes save you the time-consuming and laborious process of overlaying the density separation medium with sample material. Depending on the density gradient separation medium used, the target cell population is separated from unwanted cells, such as erythrocytes and dead cells, during centrifugation.
