pluriSelect pluriMate 2 ml separation tubes have been developed for the optimal enrichment of leukocytes, leukocyte subpopulations (lymphocytes and monocytes) and platelets from whole blood and bone marrow. pluriMate and TwinSpin tubes save you the time-consuming and laborious process of overlaying the separation medium with sample material. During centrifugation, the target cell population is separated from unwanted cells, such as erythrocytes, depending on the density gradient separation medium used.
