Flexibility
pluriBeads can be functionalized with various specific antibodies.
Fast, gentle cell isolation
pluriBead work without magnets or centrifugation steps.
Simultaneous cell isolation
Combine S- and M-pluriBeads and isolate two different cell types from one sample at the same time.
Sequential cell isolation
Unbound targets of a sample are not lost, but can be concentrated and used again for isolation.
Coupling scheme

Coupling scheme

Universal pluriBeads have been developed for use with custom antibodies (1). These beads are coated with a polyclonal antibody (2) derived from the serum of a host animal. This polyclonal antibody serves as a link and enables the attachment of a user-specific primary antibody. The modified universal capture particle (3) can be used to isolate specific cells, proteins or biomolecules. This flexible technology allows researchers to use their own antibodies and thus customize the positive selection. This makes pluriBead Universal a versatile tool for cell separation, protein purification and biomarker research.
